What are your operating hours?
At TWM, we operate Monday through Thursday with morning sessions from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Noon), then reopen in the evenings from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This schedule allows our clients to train at times that work best for them, whether that’s early before work, mid-day, or later in the evening.
At TWM, most of our clients are between 25 and 35 years old — busy professionals with Monday–Friday jobs who want a program that fits their schedule and delivers results. While this is our primary demographic, we welcome anyone over 18 who’s ready to commit to their health and fitness.
